The White House Tour

The White House was F & F (Fun & Free)

In 2010 Benjamin was playing one day in the den then he said Mom when are you taking me to see my office?  I said what office what are you talking about?  He said my office where I'm going to sit when I become the president of United States?  I said oh you want to go see the White House he said yes.  So the plan was to go to the white house one day.  In 2011 he decided to write President Obama to tell him that he's doing a great job.  His grandfather decided he wanted to help by putting Benjamin's and President Obama photo on 1 paper and that became Benjamin's writing note paper.  He received a response from President Obama you could imagine the excitement on that day.  He was set from then to go see the White House.  Off course dealing with life I forgot about his request until a few weeks ago I remembered and decided to get approval to visit.  The task was really easy you have to contact your local congressman in your county and complete a form with the list of your guests personal information so that they can do a security check on you.  Once approved they will send you an email with the details.

Benjamin finally got his dream to go see The White House today.  He was very excited while visiting and thought it was too short.  When we got back home he talked about how nice the tour was but he didn't get to see the President Barack Obama, his dog, nor his office....lol
